Hi, my name is Jim Williams and I'm one of the owners . This company started back in 1981 when my best friend and I decided to start what I was doing back east. Yes, I'm from New York ( Rockland County ). So like any young business owners would do, we knocked on door after door and created a clientele of customers. One day we got a call from a large apartment complex serving San Diego to Los Angeles..... this company was known at the time as the Oakwood Garden Apartments, which no longer operates under that name but the buildings still exist.  They asked if we cleaned trash chutes....... neither one of us knew what a trash chute was but of course we needed all the work we could get. So we got the job and we started cleaning trash chutes and now after 39 plus years, we have created a large array of buildings from two stories to 20+ high rises. We also work with property management companies and of course the privately owned buildings as well.

Our equipment over the years have been Hotsy machines and have served us well. In that time, in order to keep up our appearance and properly working equipment we have purchased numerous machines, trucks and trailers to serve our customers.
